The financial Year is from April 1 to March 31 of every Year.

All the documents should be done immediately after the registration in the provided form by Udyamini Commercial Corporation (P) Ltd.

All the application complete to the required should be done 5-7 working Days.

The validity of Partner registration will expire on 31st March of the financial year. The Partner shall renew the registration every year in the given form by Udyamini Commercial Corporation.

All the fee should be paid in the form of Cash / Cheque /Demand Draft, in favour of Udyamini Commercial Corporation.

If any change in name or address of Partner, it should be informed to Udyamini Commercial Corporation and inspection to be done.

The Partner shall not allowed to conduct any other work which are not approved by Udyamini Commercial Corporation.

The Partner should strictly follow the guidelines provided by Udyamini Commercial Corporation with proper Time-table Schedule.

The Udyamini Commercial Corporation should be an unique partner not sharing the Building/Tools /Infrastructure/Staffs with any other Organizations.

The fees paid to Udyamini Commercial Corporation shall not be refunded at any cost.

The Partner shall take prior approval for any mode of display or advertisements.

The Partner shall not provide any type of wrong information to the Farmers or Partner public. Any false or wrong information given to public will lead to the cancellation of recognition at any time without prior notice. Udyamini Commercial Corporation is not responsible for the legal activities for the same.

Under no circumstances can a case on the Udyamini Commercial Corporation in court anywhere by any registrars/farmers.
